Compared to neighboring Georgia, Florida may seem like a gambling mecca. It’s not hard to see why by allowing pari-mutuel wagering, a state lottery, 30+ racinos & tribal casinos, and charitable gaming. Compare that to Georgia with just a state lottery and charitable gaming (raffles and bingo).
Still, this is not to suggest that there is no room for improvement. For example, sports betting and interactive gambling (online casinos, poker sportsbooks) are still not legally available in The Sunshine State. The one solace for some players is that fantasy sports contests, while not legal, are tolerated in Florida.
We invite you to read our article below for more information on gaming availability in Florida. Even though online gambling and casinos have yet to be authorized and regulated in Florida, some Floridians play at offshore operators regardless. Suppose you’re in the market for an online casino. In that case, we invite you to see our list of top online casinos and bonuses accepting players from Florida.

The best bonuses in Florida casinos often begin raining down on Floridians simply by registering a new player account. That’s correct – there’s no need to make a deposit! When you’re ready to make that first deposit, you’ll find a friendly welcome bonus, usually consisting of a match deposit and free spins.
What makes a bonus the best? Indeed, the amount of bonus money and free spins plays a big part! But that’s only half of the story. You’ll also want to consider the bonus T&Cs, and more specifically, whether they’re fair! For example, some online casinos accepting players from Florida have excessively high wagering requirements. This makes it far less likely that you’ll have any winnings to cashout by the time you’re done.
That’s where we come in with our carefully selected BTC & USD casinos with only the best Florida online casino bonuses listed below.
When hunting for the best new casino in Florida, is the casino bonus the only thing to consider? Certainly not! You’ll want to make sure that the casino is licensed and trustworthy. After all, the last thing you want is a casino that won’t honor your cashout request.
You’ll also want to ensure that the casino accepts USD deposits/withdrawals (or BTC deposits/withdrawals if you prefer playing with Bitcoins). The greater the selection of payment options, the easier it will be to make deposits and withdrawals.
Slots, casino games, and specialty games can differ substantially between casinos. Not all casinos offer the same number of games in each category, so you’ll want to choose carefully.
Fortunately, we’ve presented our choice of the best new casinos in Florida below. See what makes them so exceptional for yourself by checking out the accompanying casino review. The days of driving to the nearest Florida tribal casino are thankfully a thing of the past!
